Returns & Refunds Policy
At Meg’s Manifesto, I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read through my returns and refunds policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll be eligible for a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference. Examples of defective items include:
- Nails that are broken, chipped, or otherwise damaged.
- Items that are missing parts or components.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return and replacement.
2. What Is Not Considered Defective
- Packaging Issues: If your package is damaged (e.g., split box), I’m really sorry to hear about this. Please note that this is a shipping issue, and I cannot take responsibility for damage caused during transit. However, I completely understand how frustrating this can be. Please contact the delivery provider directly to file a claim for any damages to the packaging. Most delivery companies will be able to assist you with the process. If you need help or advice on how to do this, feel free to get in touch, and I’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.
- Hand-Painted Imperfections: As each design is hand-painted, there may be slight variations in the product. These are not defects, but unique characteristics of the hand-painted process, meaning no two sets are exactly the same. This makes each set special and personal. While the designs are carefully created to reflect the photos, slight variations in colour or detail may occur. Of course, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if the differences are quite noticeable or not to your satisfaction, please contact me through the Contact Page so I can address any concerns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Designs: As each custom design is created specifically for you, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact me via the Contact Me Page within 7 days of receiving your order. If applicable, I may ask for photos of the defect at that time, so please be prepared to provide those. I will guide you through the return process.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For items that are defective or incorrect, I will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
6. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will process your refund or send a replacement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should appear within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
